January 22, 2010
Rep. Peter King, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Homeland Security, delivers an opening statement at the second hearing on the White House State Dinner security breach. Tareq and Michaele Salahi appeared at the hearing per a Committee subpoena, but repeatedly invoked the 5th Amendment. King had sought to subpoena White House Social Secretary Desiree Rogers, but the Committee Democrats refused to support a subpoena for Rogers.
