Congressman Pete King presents a replica OSS Congressional Gold Medal to Seaford resident Lynn Gilbert whose late father William Gilbert served in the “Carpetbaggers” Unit of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the forerunner of CIA during WWll. The medal was authorized by Congress along with sponsoring organization the OSS Society.
